Rules for KC Moderators:

CONGRATULATIONS!!!!!!!!!! to all new and old moderators from the KOTHACHAT family. Here are some rules for you which will help you to lead the moderator ship of KOTHACHAT. Please read these carefully and try to follow the rules at best as possible.
  • 1. Remember that you are leading a chat site so don't ever try to do anything that makes the reputation of KOTHACHAT bad.
  • 2. People who come here to chat are not bound to listen whatever you say, so don't force anyone to do something. Just request him or her if you feel that really important.
  • 3. Respect others, you'll be respected. If you have any complain about this issue contact with DJ in kothachat@gmail.com.
  • 4. Please welcome everyone by giving SALAM or some good greetings which gives a good impression to the chatter at the time of entering.
  • 5. Continue your conversation through "APNI" with the chatters unless u have a special relation with him or her.
  • 6. Don't involve yourself with internal politics or grouping, which makes ur personality so mean.
  • 7. Don't be busy in the Private Message always. Try to make the main room WARM. You don't need to talk over the main room always. But when the chatters don't have any other issue to talk over the main just bring some issues and make others involve in chatting.
  • 8. We are not forcing anyone to spend your all leisure time here. But come to the site as much as possible. You have the right to go at any site but spend the most among them in KOTHACHAT.
  • 9. Always try to bring more chatters in KOTHACHAT and try to hold them. Don't do anything which makes the people interested in going to other site for chatting.
  • 10. And last of all the most important thing , don't BANN anyone for personal issue. If any chatter complains you for the PM then suggest him or her to ignore that person. Don't let him or her to mess up the main room's environment. Try to ignore BANNING unless it's really necessary. First try to make them cool and normal. If they don't listen to you then WARN them and after that if they keep doing the same thing then BANN them. But remember that BANNING is not the solution but the problem only. Your duty is to make the environment of the room nice through convincing the chatters not by BANNING them.
